leider ist die Insel autofrei und somit müssen sie ihr Auto in Besersiel zurück lassen. Das können sie an mehreren bewachten Parkplätzen kostengünstig abstellen.

If you are coming by car ...
Unfortunately, the island is free of cars and so they have to leave your car in Besersiel. This can be done at several secure car parks at a reasonable price.

Im Bensesieler Fährhaus bekommen sie an der Fahrkartenausgabe ihre LangeoogCard. Mit dem Vorbestellungsbogen denen wir Ihnen gerne mit dem Mietvertrag zusenden können. Können sie sich das Anstehen im Fährhaus ersparen und direkt an den Fahrkarten- Terminal der Fähre gehen. Die LangeoogCard ist nicht nur die Fahrkarte der Fähre, sondern auch Ihre Kurkarte. Am Fahrkartenterminal wird der Ankunftstag vermerkt und somit ihr Kurbeitrag am Abreisetag berechnet.Den Kurbeitrag können sie an den LangeoogCard-Automaten, im Rathaus oder am Bahnhof entrichten.
Ihr Gepäck geben sie im Fährhaus seperat auf, welches dann in Containern auf die Insel verschifft wird, am Bahnhof können sie es wieder in Empfang nehmen oder bequem nach Hause liefern lassen. 

At the port of Bensersiel in the ferry house you get your LangeoogCard at the ticket issue. With the pre-order form we can send you with the rental contract if you want. Then you can save yourself the waiting in line at the ferry port. And you can go directly to the ferry. The LangeoogCard is not only the ferry ticket,  it´s also your treatment card. The arrival day is indicated on the ticket and your tourist tax will be charged on the day of your departure.
You can pay the tourist tax to the LangeoogCard machine, the local community or the train station.
Every day, our treatment management donates 1 1/2 hours in our seawater adventure pool.
You will leave your bags at the port in Bensersiel, which will be drive with you on the ferry to the island.

Auf der Insel angekommen, steigen sie in unsere Inselbahn um. Diese bringt sie und ihr Gepäck nach einer Idyllischen fahrt durch das Naturschutzgebiet bis in den Ort. Am Bahnhof können sie an den Containern ihr Gepäck wieder in Empfang nehmen, oder vor Ort von dem Gepäckdienst bis vor die Haustür bringen lassen.

Arriving on the island, you get into our island railway. It brings you and your bags after an idyllic ride through the nature reserve to the village. At the train station, you can take your bags back out of containers, or bring them from the luaggage-service to the front door.
